Multicast Stream Demux

For set-top box systems used in conjunction with broadband|IP networking, this iSET component allows the selection of a single audio/video stream from a multiplexed/multicast data stream containing hundreds to thousands of unique programs and viewer content.

This component is based on RTP, RTSP, and RTCP protocols and is used to recover and route high-bandwidth data from a fiber or DSL connection to an on-board MPEG decoder.
