Before you can compile applications for the iPAQ, you must have a StrongARM compiler installed. Century provides the Skiff toolchain, which you can find in skiff-gcc.tar.gz.
Note: You must extract skiff-gcc.tar.gz at the root level. All the files get extracted into the /skiff directory, which the Century SDK Makefiles look for when you want to compile applications for the iPAQ.
